You've got to love the feeling you get when you leave a good work out. It sets the tone for the rest of the day. No matter how much you kill yourself in the pool you leave there with more energy than you started with. It's Crazy.
This morning my body said stay in bed, but my mind said its that time again. I got up and headed to the local college for a swim work out. When I arrived there was only two cars there and I thought I was going to be locked out. Luckily there was one swimmer from the college team & the coach was there.
