About The Tri Runner

Here are the things I love; in no certain order. I love my wife, my daughter, and and four sons. I love to run, bike, and swim. I love Jesus, UGA Football and the Braves and anything Widespread Panic plays. 

So when you read my blog you learn more about me, my family, and my pursuit to get better.  When I'm not blogging I am manging three Zaxby's Restaurants.  I also help my wife with her photography business, Click Photography.
