This was the first 4th of July that I had off from work in two or three years and I took full advantage. In the morning I did my long bike ride and long run of the week. That afternoon I got Sarah Jane and we went over to meet some friends for a cook out. It was blast. Sarah Jane got to play with two of her little girl friends. We had a good time eating the good food and home made ice cream. Here is Sarah Jane with Sparklers and Glow Sticks.
