I went for a 40 mile bike ride today after church. I think it rained on me 3 different times. Fun. I like to run in the rain not bike. I checked the weather before I left the house and there was no rain to be seen but I found it. The 15+ mph head winds were a lot of fun too. But I shouldn't complain too much because the rain and the wind keep it cool on the ride.
I'm starting to re-think doing the Iron Nut in November. Not that I don't want to I'm just running out of time to train for it. My time seems to be eatten up by working 50+ hours a week plus the time that I have Sarah Jane. I'm not going to train while I can play with her. I'm think about signing up for Ironman Florida 09. But I reserve the right to change my mind.
Anyway, Here is a video of my ride today. It's a bit bumpy but you can see some of the rain heading my way.
