Georgia in the Sugar Bowl? Correct me if I'm wrong (which is quite often). All hope is not lost. Last year we had two losses and still went to the Sugar Bowl and I think we can do it again. But we are going to need some help. Follow me as I chance this rabbit.
For Georgia to the Sugar Bowl now we would need a miracle & the following things to happen.
1. Either Vandy, South Caroline, or FSU to pull out the upset and beat Florida. That would give them two losses on the year.
2. Florida would still, more than likely win the SEC East and play Alabama
3. Alabama stays undefeated at number one in the polls and beats Florida. Then that would give Florida three losses on the year.
4. Alabama would then go and play for the BCS title. Which would mean that the Team with then next best record form the SEC would then go play in the Sugar Bowl.
So, if Georgia wins out and only has two losses could put us back in the Sugar Bowel again for the second year in a row? And Florida with three losses by Ole Mis, Alabama & somebody else, would send them to the Capital One Bowl.
Roll Tide Anyone?
