My wife, Mrs. Tri Runner was the photographer at a friend of ours wedding this weekend. Also Sarah Jane was the flower girl in the wedding. So I spent all weekend in Montgomery, AL. The wedding was beautiful & I had a good time.
Now as a runner/endurance athlete, I train very hard to be fast. I do speed work, hill repeats & even strength training in the gym-- but I know one day that I want to have the slowest 40 yard time. The day I get to walk Sarah Jane down the aisle nobody will have to tell me to walk slowly with the music. If I could have it my way, it would be the longest part of the ceremony. I told my wife that I was going to cry when the dad gave away his daughter. And that’s exactly what I did.
