2009 YTD Training Update

Here Is My 2009 Year To Date Training Update


The above graph shows the amount of miles I've ran each month going back to June 08. Here is my swim bike run breakdown for 09.

Swim - I've gotten wet 21 times going 20.3 miles in 12 hours and 17 minutes.

Bike - I've gone for 28 rides covering 406 miles in 31 hours and 14 minutes.

Run - I've laced up my shoes 62 times running 417.4 miles in 64 hours and 18 minutes (that's 2 days & 16 hours worth of running).

That is an average of 70 miles per month. By The Way - I've gone nearly 400 miles on the same pair of shoe. It's about time to get a new pair. This pair is by far the longest pair of shoes that I've trained with. I've been told that most shoes can go somewhere between 300 to 500 miles. So it won't be long until I have to retire these.

You DO need some new shoes!! Wow, 400 miles. that's a cool way to look at your training too - do you use Runners World? My friend was showing me that the other night, I need to look into this....
