Last week I didn’t get in as much training as hoped because I bought a Wii and have been playing that like a little kid for much of last week instead of working out. I sold my PS3 a few weeks back in order to get a Wii but all the stores were sold out until last week. We were in Wal-Mart on Tuesday and there it was. My daughter has become the master at Wii Sports while I’ve been enjoying Mario Kart.
However I did get some training in last week. When the dust settled I was able to run and bike near 5 hours. On Saturday I had my best ride of the season so far. I did 27 miles at 17.3 MPH – Oh Yeah! I know that’s not blazing speed but it’s much faster than I’ve been in a while for that long of a distance.
I do have a question. Right now I’m planning on running the Macon, Ga Rock’N Roll Half Ironman on June 5th. Well I just found out that my 10 year High School Reunion is on that same weekend. What to do Race or Reunion?

just get wii fit - then you can "work out" while playing video games!
You've got a good life and a great family man. Go rub it in with some punks that annoyed you in high school. :-)
or better yet, find a different race and figure out a way to do both.
