Just knocked out a three hour bike ride. The weather was nice - temps in the low 70's but it was very windy. On the way out it was a cross wind and on the way back it was a head wind. Gotta love it.
I covered just over 43 miles in 3 hours with an average heart rate of 130. I was takin' it nice an easy.
