Last week I swam 6,000 yards in 1 hour & 49 minutes. I did two workouts of 3,000 yard each. 500 yard repeats.
I biked two times. The rides were cold and easy. I did 30.4 miles in 2 hours.
I ran one time easy of 3.5 miles and did the 10K race.
Total time of training was 5 hours and 19 minutes.
