Yep that's right I pretty much wasted away a good week of training. If you don't mind I would like to pass the blame.
Netflixs - From Saturday to Saturday I've watched around 13 hours of movies. I seen The Dark Knight, Indiana Jones, Appocltio, Gone Baby Gone, & Step Brothers. Now you might say go out and buy a trainer for the bike. Umm about that. I have one already. It's just that the couch is so much more comfortable.
Football - I've been watching several bowl games. I saw all of the Georgia game & part of the Georgia Tech & Alabama game. But next week I wont have that excuse because the Dawgs are done till next fall and the Falcons are out of the playoffs.
New Years Eve - for some reason I decided that I had to stay up and Ring in the New Year. So I did. Then the next day I didn't hear the alarm clock until it was too late to get up and go work out. What a good way to meet the New Years Goals / Resloutions.
Here is a picture of me that Mrs Tri Runner took. (Everytime I take a nap she takes a picture). Instead of training I'm watching the Falcons get put out of the playoffs.
So with that said I'm hoping that the Disney Marathon will give me a runners high. I need something to get me motavated to get out of bed on those cold morning.
Here is what training I manage to get in
Swam - 3,000 yards in 52 minutes
Biked - 69.1 miles in just over 4 hours
Ran - 6.3 miles in 1:03:01
I also did 20 minutes of Yoga and some core work (push ups, pull ups, and crunches).

I figure the last two weeks of the year don't really count anyway. I struggled just to get 6 hours in each of those weeks when getting almost 10 in the weeks before seemed almost easy.
Treat 'em like by weeks. :-)
