I had to hit my easy button.
Last week I didn't get a lot of training done. Why you ask? This week I don't have the usually excuse like work, cold weather, rain, TV, and / or family plans. However most of those reasons did apply. But the excuse I'm using this week is; because this time last week I just finished running a marathon. Need I say more?
Last Sunday I couldn't move. I was sore up until Wednesday. I had trouble walking with out a limp up until Tuesday. So I did good getting the few hours I did manager to get in. I used the running and swimming workouts to stretch my legs out.
I did two runs this week. Going 8.9 miles in an hour and twenty two minutes.
I did two swims workout. I swam 4,000 yards in an hour and twelve minutes.
I may get on the trainer and ride my bike for an hour tonight but I'm feelin' pretty tired. I think I'll just rest today so that I get be more productive next week.
