But over the last month I found that chlorine and hair are not friends. And when you leave the Gym with wet hair is good way to get sick. So I've got a simple tip that I've been doing over the past few weeks.
Crazy Wet Hair + Cold Weather = Getting Sick
When I swim in the morning or on cold days I've found that wearing a swim cap helps out a ton when I leave the pool. I put it on when my hair is dry and the swim cap will keep most of my hair dry during the workout. Only the back and the sides around my ears gets wet. Then I get out of the pool take the cap off and my hair is mostly dry.
This is the best option that I've found other than the blow dryer. Besides I don't think my wife would like it if I stole her blow dryer every time I went to the gym. I can get a quick swim in and then get on with my day.
