Totals the week:

Time - 7 hours & 11 minutes of training

Swim - 2.9 miles

Bike – 54.2 miles

Run – 13.7 miles

The best way to describe last week was wet & windy. Here is a picture I took from my ‘long’ ride on Wednesday. I tried to show how the wind was blowing the trees over. The weatherman said that the wind was 20 – 30 MPH. The wind pushed me around all day and my pace of 13.8 MPH showed. I tried to ride into the wind going out and use the wind to help me come back.

On Saturday I got caught in the rain on my bike. And then Sunday it rained again during my bike & on the run. It almost messed up my ipod & my cell phone. But lucky for me the water dried out and all is good. I can’t afford to replace any of my gadgets. Right now I am going to have to replace my Garmin watch. Somehow the face on it got cracked and water fried it. Oh well, maybe I can get a new one for Father’s Day.

18 more weeks till Augusta 70.3 - Life is Good.

You're insane...

I think that you should start telling people about your wardrobe selections while you are doing all of this stuff... perhaps post a picture of the onesie. :)

LOVE YOU.

Great work and good luck. How do you swim so FAST? That's a lot of yardage!
