Last week I could have took a picture of my training log, wrote FAIL on it, and sent it here.
My plan for the last week was to do around 7 to 8 hours of swimming, biking, and running. But I managed to get in only half of that. I think my problem last week was not getting to sleep when I should have so I could wake up early to get in my workouts done before work.
Also last week I think I had something to do every night when I got off work. It was either playing in my church softball game, going to the movies with my wife, or just running errands. But no matter what my excuse is I've got to figure something out or I'm going to have trouble finishing 70.3 miles. Here is what I did get done last week.
Swim - 2200 yards in 45 minutes
Bike - 2 times on the trainer. Each ride was 45 minutes long
Run - I did one long run of 8.6 miles in just under 1 hour & 15 minutes.
Three days into this week I've already worked out as much as I did all of last week. So, I'm hoping that I can finish this week strong. Only 94 days till Ironman 70.3 Augusta. Life is Good.

haha! I don't think "half" of your normal workout routine will EVER qualify as a fail. If that's the case, I'd have a Lot of fail weeks. ;)
