One - This Saturday I will be running with the Albany Run Walk group. Albany Run Walk will be kicking off its new season as we train for the Spring Marathons. I so excited about seeing all my running friends and seeing all the new runners who will be training for their first marathons. Every year when the season kicks off we do a micro marathon of 2.62 miles. It will be so nice to run with a group again. Doing the Galloway Method of running and walking makes it so nice to get in the longer miles.
Two - I just signed up for Athlinks. I've heard it describes as like MySpace for endurance atheltes. When I signed up it already had most all of my races that I've ran and the times for each race. Plus it will keep up with my PR for each distance. How nice is that. Now I don't have to look up different websites to see how I'm improving.
Another cool feature that this place has is that you can have friends and rivals. This way you can keep up with what your friends / teammates to see how they are doing and you can see how your rivals are doing at their respective races.

If your not signed up you should. Here is my page.

Oh, I love Athlinks! Everyone should be on that site.
No bike yet?
Thanks for linking up that Athlinks site - very cool! At first I thought it might cater to U.S. races only, but almost every single one of my races in Canada showed up too. Sweet!
I created a profile and I am a little impressed and embarrassed that they have 89 results for me yes an 8 followed by a 9. WOW.
