No really it does. You see last Friday night at my church they had an auction to raise money for one of the ministries. One of the items that I won was five 90 minute workouts from a personal trainer and nutritionist. I’m so excited about this because I want to go to the gym and lift but I don’t know what to do or how much to do.
I talked to my new personal trainer today and my first workout is tomorrow morning at 5:45. Yuck! But she said that she has the perfect work out for training for a marathon. I’ve also told her that I wanted to know what I need to eat when I’m at work. When you work at Zaxby’s it hard to eat right. She has says she has a plan set up for me. So, I’m curious to see what will be in store. I’m also scared that she is going to kick my butt in the gym. Yikes!

hope the morning workout went well! :) there are good trainers out there... and not so good ones (my old gym had some "jiggly" ones). hope yours is wise and helpful and that you are feeling the burn tonight :)
