Namaste'



I found a new podcast - YOGAmazing. It is a video podcast that does yoga. It's so cool. This is great because I don't have time to go to a yoga studio and I don't want to pay to take yoga. I can simple download each video to my laptop from itunes for free and I can practice yoga anywhere anytime I want. So far I've enjoyed doing it before bed because it's a great way to end the day and clear my mind. I used to do yoga once a week and it really help my running. I feel like the extra stretching will keep me from getting injured.
