Chillin with the Champs

I've got a big weekend coming up. Sarah Jane and I are going down to Valdosta to see my brother and his family. It is not very often that Sarah Jane gets to play with her cousins, so she is pretty pumped about the trip. I hope the weather is good so that they can go swimming one last time before Fall gets here.

While Sarah Jane and the kids are playin' I'm going to be hanging with my big bro at a chilli cook off. VSU is hosting 'Chillin with the Champs'. I'm not sure what I will be doing but I've been told that I will be judging some of the chili? My brother works for Sunset Farms Food and they are one of the sponsors. He asked me if I would come help him judge at the cook off. I guess I will figure it out when I get there. Right now I'm just hungry thinking about eating chili all day.

After the tail gating and cook off, we are going to watch the national champions, VSU Blazers. The plan is only to watch the first half and then find a TV to see UGA beat Arizona St.

Then Sunday Sarah Jane and I are heading to the Falcons game. I'm curious as to how she will do at the Georgia Dome. But on paper it sounds like a fun weekend with all the good eating and football.
