Here are my Tips, Tricks, and Treats for the week.
I am the worst at fixing and repair things (just ask my wife). If you are like me this website, Bicycle Tutor is perfect because has tons of videos on how to work on your bike.
Swim, Bike, Run... and Yoga - Active.com has an article about why you should be doing yoga and how to get started. I know that when I do it helps me stay injury fee. If you want to get started you should download the free video podcast from YOGAmazing.
If you have never done a triathlon before you should read THIS. It gives you tips on what to do before during and after race day.
Also I found a coach that will kick your butt into shape. Literally.

reason number 101 I don't own a bike, or cycle regularly - what if it breaks? what do I dooo?! haha, good thing there are videos out there.

Yoga is one of those things I've been meaning to do this year, but never jumped into. I know it would be helpful. I need to "just do it". Thanks for the links.
